Intern AI Agents

At RTL, we are exploring AI agents and workflows.​ Agents are enabling a new way of working: human-in-the-loop systems where automation supports people, creating space for creativity and helping deliver better results. This is especially important in a media company like RTL, where creativity and human judgment make the difference.​ We have already been working on agents and are now ready to take this further.

We are looking for an intern to join the team to take part in this initiative.​ This team builds real use cases, helps others to get started, and figures out what actually works in practice and iterates on this.​

You will work on AI agents and workflows across the company – combining:

1. Building:​ Work on real use cases by building or improving agents and workflows (using low-code / no-code tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, CopilotStudio or actually coding) ​

2. Sharing:​ Inspire and help colleagues build and use agents​

3. Learning:​ Explore new tools and help us understand what works ​ In practice, this means you will:​

• Work on tickets and tasks from the team backlog ​
• Help identify and refine interesting use cases across RTL ​
• Build and test agents ​
• Help colleagues build and use agents ​
• Share your insights with the team and the company​ ​

No two days will be the same. One day you might be building, another day helping a team move forward, and sometimes you’ll be experimenting with new ideas.​
