Gateway A and B

The Gateway buildings are situated on the North side of Media Park. Typical for these buildings is the high finishing level. Of course, also the Gateway-complex is connected to our high-grade audiovisual infrastructure. The complex consists of three office towers, designed by Klunder Architecten from Rotterdam. Klunder Architecten also designed the ‘Hoge Erasmus’in Rotterdam, the head offices of RTL Nederland / IP in Hilversum and the Boulevard IJmuiden.
Surface
The total surface of the Gateways amounts to 16.000 sqm. About 1.500 sqm are available for rent: 420 sqm on the second floor of Gateway A, 516 sqm on the third floor of Gateway B and 552 sqm on the fourth floor of Gateway B.

Audio Center

The Audio Center is the building that started Media Park in the early ’60’s. A creation of architect Elling, with two symmetric wings, counting three floors. By the end of 2008, a grand renovation will start. The Audio Center will be transferred into 'De Muziek Fabriek': a state of the art officebuilding with the former radiostudio's still in it.
Surface
The total surface of this building will after the renovation amount to 9.000 sqm. Around 4.000 sqm are still available for new tenants.

De Matrix

De Matrix is een nieuw kantoorgebouw, gelegen aan de noordzijde van het Media Park. Het ontwerp is van KCAP architects & planners uit Rotterdam en maakt deel uit van het stedenbouwkundig plan voor het Media Park. Op dit gedeelte van het Media Park wordt daarbij voorzien in de bouw van drie kantoorclusters die zijn gelegen aan het Pixel Plaza.

De Matrix is onderdeel van de eerste cluster die hier zal worden gebouwd. Sony BMG Music Entertainment heeft zich gevestigd in het hoogbouwgedeelte van dit eigenzinnig vormgegeven gebouw.

Oppervlakte
Het totaaloppervlak van De Matrix bedraagt ca. 4.600 m² vvo. In het laagbouwgedeelte zijn nog circa 600 m² voor verhuur beschikbaar.
