Sony BMG Music Entertainment moves to TCN Media Park

This location is presently used as a temporary carpark. TCN Property Projects starts building the new office this summer. It was designed by KCAP Architects and Planners in Rotterdam.

Sony BMG Music Entertainment coming to TCN Media Park is a meaningful acquisition for the park. The activities of Sony BMG Music Entertainment lock in perfectly with the long term view of TCN to develop the Media Park into a cross media village. Central in this view are dynamics, openness and synergy between tenants like Talpa, RTL Nederland, United Broadcast Facilities, DutchView and Ciris. This also counts for other occupants that already longer reside at the park such as the NOS and the Net 3-partners VARA, NPS, VPRO and RVU. Sony BMG Music Entertainment has signed a tenancy agreement for a period of 10 years and thus chooses for a media environment in a widest possible context.
